ExtUSB to 3.5mm Audio Converter

With all the HTC ExtUSB-equipped devices now floating around, something like this almost seems a necessity (if you prefer to use your own headphones than the ones in the box). Alas, it's not cheap ($16.95), and doesn't support microphone input, but there's little choice elsewhere. :(
