And Now a Real Review of the O2 Xda Stealth
Posted by Nurhisham Hussein in "HARDWARE" @ 02:00 AM
"Stealth is a powerful word, one that evokes visuals of a fleet-footed ninja jumping nimbly between roofs and treetops in the dead of night, only to silently assassinate his quarry with a precisely-aimed ninja star or poisonous dart. Okay, that’s just me getting carried away, but calling a product “Stealth”, rather than, say, “Chocolate” or “Pearl”, sets some pretty high expectations. Does this O2 device meet them? Read on to find out!"

After all the postings on this new device, we finally get to see an in-depth review. Bearing in mind that this review was conducted on an early production version, there's a few cons that need to be highlighted:
•Build quality is so-so
•Tactile feedback on the keyboard is very poor
•Average reception and volume
•The headphone socket is proprietary 8O
On the plus side, it's a speedy device (almost as fast as the Atom), and has all the O2 software frills (or junk depending on your point of view). Frankly, this is a bit of a come down after the build-up :(
