PocketDivXEncoder 0.3.60 Released

After a year and a half, PocketDivXEncoder (PDE) has been updated and in it, you'll find a bucket-load of bug fixes and enhancements. The full list of changes can be found here.
And in case you're wondering what PDE is, it's a desktop application used to optimise videos for mobile devices (including Pocket PCs with TCPMP installed). If you haven't tried either of the two, now would be a good time to do so. Both are free. :)
