"We are pleased to announce the Archer, an ultra-rugged Field PC with Windows Mobile 5.0. It is your reliable tool for in-the-field information management. The Archer is rugged, powerful, and versatile to handle your most demanding needs."

The Archer is a new Windows Mobile 5.0-based rugged handheld packed with an Intel PXA270 520MHz CPU, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, CompactFlash (Type I and II) and SD Card slots, a 3.5" QVGA (240 x 320) display, and USB-Host. Interestingly, there's no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, but it does support a CF-based or SDIO-based wireless card. Additional information can be found at Juniper Systems.
