Sandisk's New MobileMate Media Adapters

Unfortunately, Pocket PCs can't be used as USB drives on PCs without ActiveSync, and it's slow at that. However, Sandisk has announced a really compact SD-to-USB adapter that might serve as a decent companion: their MobileMate product.
It appears like it'll be shipping this month, and it's small enough that I can throw it in my bag or pocket and then transfer the SD card from my handhelds when I need to transfer data. What solutions have you guys developed to transfer data onto others' machines that aren't running AS?
