DEC M5 Hands On

"Our own Engadget Chinese had an opportunity recently to play with the DEC M5 -- a phone that bears a passing resemblance to HTC's Magic, granted, but does enough to differentiate itself in its own right."
DEC? No, it's not the now defunct Digital Equipment Corporation, but the logo does make the design cues lifted even more ironic. If there's a saving garce to the M5, it's that it runs Windows Mobile and has half-decent specs of it's own - CDMA/EVDO, 3.2" WQVGA screen, 624MHz PXA-310 processor, and 3MP camera. Apart from that, we're hardly likely to see this outside the Far East.
