What Goes On Inside an HTC Manufacturing Facility?

"A fairly recent member, Criticalaudioinc claims (and has verified with a moderator) that he works for HTC in one of their "repair/order/design" facilities and seems to have quite a grasp on the technical aspects of their phones. He then basically spilled his guts in 50 pages of posts. Must have been all that coffee. So take the following with a shaker of salt, but here is a nice summary of what was revealed in the thread."
Gadget gossip is fun, and HTC is the #1 player in the Windows Mobile space today, so it's not surprising that when an HTC insider decides to become chatty, people perk up and listen. One of the more interesting bits of info? They flash devices using 16-USB systems, of which they have 153 systems, allowing them to flash just under 21,000 devices per hour. Wow!
