I've used Alarm Master in the past and it's been very reliable. Now they have Alarm Master Pro so you can either manipulate your alarms on your handheld device or on your desktop. I've totally given up on the alarm that comes with Windows Mobile. It was just too unreliable. So for $19.95 you can have a reliable alarm with the convenience of scheduling on your PC. There's an upgrade price of $4.25 or you can download a trial.
