This is a hysterical, but painful, recording of a guy that went to Canada with his Verizon wireless phone and was quoted .002 cents per KB while roaming, but when the bill came, he was charged .002 dollars per KB. When he called to get it corrected, he ultimately learns Verizon considers the difference between .002 cents and .002 dollars a matter of opinion. :rotfl: You might want to get your calculator out for this one so you can follow along. And maybe some graph paper, a compass and a ruler.
