Windows Phone Thoughts: i-mate JAQ4 and SP JAM Leaked

We're expecting some new toys from i-mate over the next quarter. An editor at ce4arab.com dropped us a note to let us know that the K-JAR (the JASJAR-wannabe) is going to appear before the end of the new year, and two other devices, the JAQ4 (pictured above) and the SP JAM (pictured after the break) will greet us in February 2007 (and they're not too bad either). Starting with the JAQ4, it packs quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, a bright 2.8" QVGA LTPS TFT-LCD, 802.11b Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 1.2 (a little archaic, no?), GPS (SiRFstar III), a QWERTY keyboard, a miniSD slot, and Windows Mobile 5.0. And the SP JAM? Much the same story, but with minor updates from head to toe - 262K-colour LTPS TFT-LCD, 256MB ROM, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, GPS, 2.0-megapixel camera, and TV-out. It also features a numeric/Fastap keypad rather than a QWERTY keyboard.
