They've got your standard 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 2.0-megapixel camera, and Windows Mobile 5.0, and the JAQ3 packs a QWERTY keyboard too.
