Windows Mobile 5.0 ROM Update for the HP iPAQ hx4700

HP has just released a ROM update for iPAQ hx4700 devices running Windows Mobile 5.0. According to the release history, it fixes a card response issue, and also improves overall system performance. Could this be what the doctor ordered? And if so, Dell, where in the world is the update for the X50/X50v?
