Quanta Aims High with the Help of HP

"PDA phone shipments to Hewlett-Packard (HP) are expected to help Quanta Computer fulfill 80% of its handset shipment goal for 2006, according to the Chinese-language Commercial Times. Quanta aims to ship five million mobile phones this year, with a significant contribution from the latter half, the paper cited the company as saying. Quanta declined to comment on HP orders, citing customer confidentiality, the paper noted."
It's nice to see some figures. With both HTC and Quanta expecting growth in production over the next year, the Windows Mobile market share is likely to follow suit.
