Mel Sampat is a Program Manager in the Mobile & Embedded Devices division at Microsoft and his focus is to maximize application compatibility and improve the developer experience. He has started a blog for this purpose and will be running a "Spot the Bug" contest each week. You'll need to check his definition of what a bug is and what is eligible. I already checked - Connection Manager does not qualify as a bug. If you are a WinMob developer and work in C# or C++, this should be on your list of favorites to check out. He has RSS 2.0 and Atom 1.0 feeds set up to keep you up to date.
