Case Study: WM 5 Increases Access to Critical IT System

"Overview describing how Microsoft IT created a Windows Mobile device application on the Windows Mobile 5.0 platform that decreases response times in critical customer situations."
Jason Langridge has posted links to a nice overview of how one IT department took a mission critical system and enabled it to use the power of Windows Mobile. It just so happens that the IT department here is that of the device's creator, Microsoft. If you're an IT person looking to make Windows Mobile more valuable to your department, perhaps this is an idea. If not, just ask your bosses how long they want people to wait for problem resolutions - it may make them consider the power of a mobile device.
