Judge Declines Injunction Against RIM Blackberry Service

"U.S. District Judge James Spencer declined to issue an immediate injunction Friday against Research In Motion Ltd. in the BlackBerry maker's long-running patent dispute with NTP Inc. The judge reserved his decision, remarking that the patent case should have already been settled and that a damages order may come soon."
It isn't over, but this was a pretty big hurdle for RIM to get past.
