A Major Performance Boost in SBSH PocketBreeze 5.0.10

With the new update we've completely re-written PocketBreeze's whole PIM information loading code (code sections that read the appointments, tasks and contacts information from the OS databases) using much better methods that read the information much faster."

It features eleventy-two bug fixes, with the most important fix being a major performance boost. v5.0.10 should be two to three times faster than the original v5.x release.
