HP iPAQ rx1950/rx1955 Firmware Update Released

"Fixes: Restores the ability to Power On the handheld after it becomes locked in Standby mode with an SD Card inserted in the handheld. When the handheld is in this locked state, it does not Power On with the Power button and the battery may become discharged."
HP has issued an iPAQ rx1950/rx1955 firmware update that corrects a bug commonly referred to as the "sleep to death" or "sleep of death" bug. Note that this firmware update is different to ROM 1.01 (which we posted on a week ago), and although it does not force a hard-reset, we still suggest you make a backup of your device before applying it.
