WebIS Purchases FlexWallet From Two Peaks

"Web Information Solutions, Inc. (WebIS) today announced it has acquired the full assets of the FlexWallet 2006 line of secure information management software from Two Peaks Software...As part of the WebIS family of products, FlexWallet will receive continuing enhancements and full customer support. There will be a transition period of one week before the WebIS branded FlexWallet will be available from WebIS distributors. Current FlexWallet customers can visit http://www.WebIS.net/flexwallet for more information."
Whoa, that's a significant purchase. 8O I guess WebIS (the maker of Pocket Informant) is making a move to become a complete information management company for Pocket PCs, as opposed to just a PIM.
