Windows Phone Thoughts: MS Launch Events & Basic Deployments

Well, my post title is a bit misleading, but it seemed like a good way to let the developers out there know of two items of interest. First, Microsoft is now taking registrations for the Visual Studio 2005 Launch Event, which is a great way for developers to find out what's new in the VS 2005. Second, NS Basic Corporation has announced the release of NS Basic / CE 6 . Supporting WM 5 and giving an alternate path to PPC development, NS Basic might be a solution for those of you who don't wish to go the MS route of development.
