Here's one for you to bookmark on your Pocket PC/Smartphone: markab.it has a simple ASP page for benchmarking your wireless connection. It downloads a file to your device, then gives you a measurement of your download speed. It seems optimized for mobile devices though because when I tried it on my desktop browser I got a paltry 230 kbps. I believe you'll need to clear your browser cache if you want to run it more than once.
