HP iPAQ hx4700 - Windows Mobile 5.0 Update Delayed

Some of you may have noticed that over the past few weeks, the hx4700 was suddenly omitted from HP's Windows Mobile 5.0 update page. Well, there's good news and bad news. The good news is that the hx4700 is now listed on the page again. The bad news is that it's delayed: "This offer will be made available in late Summer 2005 for the hx2000 series. Due to unforeseen extended delays in the availability of a critical 3rd party driver, the upgrade kit for the hx4700 will be delayed to mid to late Spring 2006."
Ouch! There's no denying that mid to late Spring 2006 is a serious delay. :(
