Pocket@i EX: NEC Infrontia's Windows CE 5.0 PDA

"NEC Infrontia will be releasing an "industrial PDA" that can withstand a 1.5 meter drop to concrete, features dust/water proofing, and is compatible with good stuff like RFID tags and QR codes. NEC Infrontia Corporation announced on the 26th that they will release the Pocket@i EX industrial PDA on August 1st. Shipments will being in early September."
Here's a new industrial PDA running Windows CE 5.0. Suitable for application in medical, distribution and manufacturing industries, the Pocket@i EX will be available in four models - barcode scanner-equipped, QR code scanner-equipped, RFID tag reader-equipped, and finally, one without a scanner altogether. The Pocket@i EX sports an Intel PXA 27x processor with 64MB RAM, 64MB ROM and a 3.5" 65K QVGA screen. It measures in at 79mm x 157mm x 25mm and has a base weight of 290g.
