Spb Weather 1.1 Released

In the light of the recent Spb Diary 1.5 release, Spb Weather has been updated to v1.1, which primarily offers integration support with the new version of Spb Diary, but also offers an improved custom weather sources template language, a new hardware button navigation feature with the detailed pop-up window, and other minor optimisations and fixes.
