Updated Windows Mobile Tools Matrix

"A while back, I posted a diagram illustrating how our tools map to versions of the platform. That generated quite of bit of customer feedback from .NET CF developers who want to use the latest tools while still being able to target users with a wide range of devices. As a result, things are substantially different in VS 2005 Beta 2. Here's the updated matrix:"
For managed code (.NET Compact Framework) developers the story has improved with the latest Beta 2 release supporting Smartphone and Pocket PC projects using the existing v1.0 framework. Native code developers for devices prior to Windows Mobile 2003 will still need to use the older eVC tools, but Visual Studio 2005 will support native code development on both Windows Mobile 2003 and v5.0
