"Mobility Electronics Inc. and Energizer Battery Inc. have formed a strategic multi-year alliance to develop and market power adapter and battery products leveraging each other's advanced technology. The agreement calls for Energizer and Mobility to create new products adding Energizer's battery capability on Mobility's power adapters. The products will be distributed through both companies' global sales channels."
