Ya Hsin's B221: Smartphone or Pocket PC Phone?

This device, while lacking in detailed pictures, has some interesting specs, and an even more interesting conundrum: what kind of device is it?
Note that the device claims to have a "touch screen" and "full Pocket PC(PDA) features", but it's also listed as running "Microsoft Smartphone 2003", which I can assure you is neither (seeing as I have one in my pocket ;))... and that picture does nothing to help disambiguate. So, I'll leave it to our brilliant investigative readers -- what do you think?
