The makers of the ultimate SIP for PDAs is once again putting their concept of what stylus data entry should be. All you need to do is type in the following:
First prize is a bottle of Dom Perignon. Other prizes include FitalyStamp, Fitaly Virtual and Fitaly for the Pocket PC. There are also a number of weekly awards for the best entries that week of a number of popular software titles like TextMaker, Pocket Informant and others.
Warm up your styluses. You have a few days to practice - it officially starts October 1 and ends November 6. The last time I tried this I was hovering around 40wpm and am probably still fairly close to that. I expect the winner will get near or achieve the 80wpm record a few years ago. 8O
On a related issue, this is a good time to do another poll. Reply in this thread any and all things related to input methods and why they are your favorites and I'll put a poll together later this week to find out what Pocket PC Thoughts users prefer for data entry. :D Of course, Fitaly will definitely be in the poll. It has been my favorite for 4 years. It is the first app I install when I set up a new device so I can quickly type registration info in other apps as I install them.
