Toshiba e830 Announced In Canada?

Despite the news suggested in Jonathon's post, it looks like the e830 may come to North America -- but this time, it looks like Canada might actually get it first. Here's a shot of their Canadian website:
The million-dollar question now is if there will be a US release or not -- but it doesn't make much sense if there's a Canadian release and there isn't a US release, right? Interestingly, I was at a PR event last night (which I'll be reporting on in a few days) and the Toshiba folks steadfastly held to the party line of "no planned releases for the US" (to be precise, I'm not sure if they said NA or US). I'd love for them to be wrong. ;)
