Orange Compass offers solutions for tourists for several mobile platforms, among which the Pocket PC. They have city guides (m-Guides) and metro guides (m-Subway) for several Spanish cities, and Rosetta conversation Guides. Where they're currently covering Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia and Zaragoza in Spain, their pressroom also shows pictures of Amsterdam, Athens and Rome, so it seems they're going international soon. They charge different prices for different cities, and trial versions are available.
