PocketGear Raising Prices For Developers?

There have been some threads in our forums reporting that PocketGear is increasing their royalty charges on programs listed on their site. I don't know how the economics work on this, but I'm sure this is going to raise questions as to what's appropriate and what's not, and what's the appropriate thing for a developer to do.
