Windows Phone Thoughts: T-Mobile Pocket PC WM2003 Upgrade Released?

The T-Mobile download page still refers to it as the old one, but reports are coming in suggesting that the actual download is of ROM 4.01.16, and is WM2003-based. The release notes aren't up, so we can't give full details -- but if any of you have feedback, let us know. :) As far as I know, this is only for the Pocket PC Phone sold by T-Mobile USA...

Update: Looks like people are successfully downloading it. Rey over at Mobile Gadget News passed on a copy of the release notes that are apparently embedded inside the download. The major updates include:

• Always-on GPRS (i.e., phone keeps IP address in suspend mode)
  
• T-Mobile My E-mail work & personal email setup tool for Inbox
  
• Built-in Westtek ClearVue PowerPoint and PDF viewers
  
• Support for IPSec/L2TP VPN connections
  
• Phone mute
  
• Other WM2003 updates (email auto-suggest, SSL for Inbox, WMP9, new PIE, dual volume control, enhanced connection manager, etc.)
