Emirate1 GSM/GPS "Pocket PC"

"Emirate1 is the first Pocket PC with built in GSM (Quad Band) and GPS (12 Channels 150 dBm) capabilities made by ADCOM Group in the UAE. The device will be using the latest Intel processor Bulverde 312MHz. They claim processor highest speed can go up to 500 Mhz. It comes also with 64MB ROM and 64 MB RAM, SD card slot, 3.5” 64K TFT screen with 320 X 240 resolution, LI-Ion Polymer 1.6Ah battery, USB port and built in Bluetooth. The size of this device is 130 x 70 x 20mm. The only drawback on this device that it is running Win CE 4.1 OS."
The photo above must be a very rough mock-up, because it's a Pocket PC 2000 screen shot from three years ago - and Pocket PC Dubai says it's running Windows CE .NET 4.1. Anyone heard of this OEM?
