Congratulations to All the New Mobile Devices MVPs!
Posted by Jason Dunn in "NEWS" @ 11:03 AM
Microsoft has announced seven new Mobile Devices MVPs, and I'm delighted to report that our very own Janak Parekh is among them. Way to go Janak! Here's a list of the new MVPs - you'll recognize most of the names, because these are the people who make the Pocket PC and Smartphone world tick!

Eric Hicks - PPC newsgroups/forums
Shawna Kelly - San Francisco User Group
Jenneth Orantia - jenneth.info
Janak Parekh - pocketpcthoughts.com
Andrew Shuttleworth - pocketpcjapan.com
Don Sorcinelli - bostonpocketpc.com
Not sure what an MVP is or does? Check out this link. I've been an MVP since 1997, and am technically the "oldest" Mobile Devices MVP (we were called Windows CE MVPs back then), so I've seen the program grow from five to over 30 MVPs (I'm not even sure how many there are now). The MVP program is a voluntary program that rewards people for their efforts in help others, and I'm proud to be a part of a group with people who are so passionate about their mobile devices. :-)
