Sony To Use OLED Screen In New PDA

Apparently, Sony will be releasing a PDA (presumably a Clie) this Spring with an OLED display. (The article is in Japanese; you can translate using WorldLingo, but the results are a little vague.) It'll be interesting to see if such an OLED-based PDA hits the market outside of Japan, and it remains to see how well it fares in outdoor viewing or longevity (both of which as issues with some OLED screens)... but this may very well be a major step forward for a technology that's had a long time-to-market.
