I'm Going To See a Movie Tonight...

As much as I vowed I never would do it, I am going to see the latest "Lord of the Rings" movie tonight. I am definitely not a fan of the genre, mostly because I'm really bad with names anyway, and these flicks make it impossible for me to talk about them afterward:
Me: "Remember when Frodo did that thing...?"
LOTR Aficionado: "Dude, that was NOT Frodo, that was Aragorn's mother!"
Still, today is my sweet daughter's 12th birthday, so, being the progressive father that I am, I agreed to take her and a dozen or so of her closest friends to a 7pm showing of "Long Live the King" (or whatever the title is). She says it's kinda long, but I'm not too worried; even if I get bored, it's not like it's more than 3˝ hours long, right?
