Windows Phone Thoughts: Lufthansa Launches New Business Class Aircraft with Wireless Access

"Lufthansa would soon introduce into its operations, a new long-haul business class aircraft, the General Manager of Ghana, Mr. Abdul Aziz Mangera has said....The A340-600 Airbus which is completely new and totally different from the basic design concept to the passenger seats, has an increased distance between the seats by 30 centimetres to a full 1.5 metres and created an infinitely variable design that perfectly adapts to the ergonomic needs of each individual passenger. “The new seats also offer much more shoulder and legroom”, he added. FlyNet, a fast internet connection would be integrated into the new business class from April 2004 for sending and receiving emails during flight, access the internet or a company intranet. It would also provide wireless communication with the use of passengers’ own laptop or Pocket PC."
