If you don't mind a refurbished Pocket PC, you can pick up an iPAQ 1945, which is a lovely little device, for only $199 USD. Likewise, if you don't need Bluetooth (or an OS upgrade in the future), you can pick up a Toshiba E355 for only $149 USD (also refurbished).
