Toshiba e400 for $318 USD

Our affiliate partner Tek 'n Toys has the new Toshiba e400 listed on their site for $317 USD, and they ship anywhere UPS ships, so if you want to get this Pocket PC before it's released in your own country, this is one way to go. Specification-wise, the e400 uses the Intel Xscale PXA263 running at 300Mhz with Windows Mobile 2003 as the OS, has a 3.5 inch transflective screen capable of 320 x 240 resolution, and has 64 MB of RAM with a 16 MB ROM chip (and apparently 32 MB of user-flash according to this page). It weighs 137 grams, and is only 10.5 mm thick. [Affiliate]
