PDA Corps Reviews Bellagio Leather Axim X5 Case
Posted by Jason Dunn in "ARTICLE" @ 02:18 AM
"For the past several months I have been using an aluminium hard case for my Dell Axim, both at work and at home. It has survived knocks, a brief stint in the fridge (don’t ask) and frequent mauling from my cat. To say I have become rather reliant on its dependable sturdiness would be something of an understatement. With that in mind when I was asked if I would review a soft case from Bellagio, I was understandably reticent to say the least.
My reasoning is as follows, in a world where the newer generation of handhelds are getting smaller and smaller, the Axim stands out like a bodybuilder on a Paris catwalk. In the same way that some people are destined to look good in a little black dress, clearly others are not. Whilst the new iPaq’s parade their chic look down the runway in tight, well-fitted leather, the Axim is out in the woods doing push-ups and jogging through ice cold mountain streams. The Axim does not want to go to the ball and it does not care if it looks butch in leather either. You can understand my surprise then when the Bellagio Axim case arrived and was anything but..."
