It looks like there is a new Pocket PC Phone Edition, and judging by the benchmarks it is one of the most powerful 2003 devices available.
Features include:
• CDMA2000 1X at maximum speed 153.6kbps, dual band (800/1900 MHz)
• Intel PXA-255 X-Scale 400MHz
• SDIO
• Silent/vibrate mode
• 5 hours of talk time
