Remote Pocket PC Administration

If you ever have deployed a Pocket PC solution to more than ten users, you will know that once deployed and distributed it will be a real challenge to keep it updated and users supported. A central remote support feature is the answer to this challenge. There are a number of options available and among them we find Mobile View! Aurorisoft recently relased Mobile View, software that enables online central administration of Pocket PCs. "Technical support can examine Pocket PC over the Internet or GPRS, and suggest the most appropriate course of action, be that installation of new product/program, upgrade of existing software, or fixing an error on your Pocket PC."
