There are now two versions of the popular internet utility package, vxUtil. The old version is now called vxUtil Personal and is still free. There is now a vxUtil Corporate that adds scripting that allows you to automate the following things:
• Dial host site via RAS
• Log the results of commands to a user specified file
• Time stamp the results
• DNS Audit, Ping, Ping Sweep, Port Scanner, Trace Route
• Disconnect a RAS session
• Pause for user specified time-frame
• Restart the scripting process.
Time Synchronization Service in vxUtil
The pricing for vxUtil Corporate isn't listed at their site. You must contact them to obtain OEM or corporate licensing.
