HP Updates for iPAQ 3900 series

If you go to that link and select your iPAQ 3900 from the dropdown then select the Pocket PC 2002 OS you'll see an SD card update. The update for the bluetooth enabled 3970/75 is here and you need ROM 2.10 installed. The update for the 3950/55 is here and you need ROM 1.11 installed.
The fixes include:
• Resolves performance issues with SD memory card.
• Resolves undetected SD memory card.
• Resolves lockups due to SD memory card.
