Sendo Drops Suit Against Orange

"Handset maker Sendo has settled its patent infringement lawsuit against Orange with an agreement to contribute to the cellular carrier's legal costs."
This is probably more appropriate on Smartphone Thoughts and I am sure they will have tons of discussion on it but we discussed it here quite a bit last fall when Sendo backed out of the Microsoft Smartphone platform in favor of the Symbian OS.
