Posted by Janak Parekh in "HARDWARE" @ 10:22 AM
"The new chip, now to be known as the Intel PXA800F, integrates a 312MHz version of Intel's Xscale processor core with a digital signal processor (DSP) and 4MB of flash memory on a single silicon chip. The company reckons that combining comms capability with basic computing functions and memory in a single 0.13 micron chip will help provide a price advantage over competing offerings."
