The main engine of myWorkspace is its EZExportTM function, an automated process to add information easily and seamlessly to one or more internal databases. EZExport is executed from the startup form. There, the user enters basic information, such as a person's name, phone number, e-mail address, when they contacted the user and what it was regarding. Then, the user selects any of four checkboxes that determine how the EZExport function processes that information. These options include the Tasks, Calendar and Contacts Pocket Outlook databases, as well as the processing of a confirmation e-mail."
