T-Mobile Internet Manager Update

It is 7.4MB and I have no clue what it fixes, but those of you with T-Mobile Pocket PC Phones may be interested. Let me know in the thread what the fixes/enhancements are and I'll update the front page.
Update: Still no clue. Posts in the thread range from saying this fixes the Today Screen lockups and other software glitches on the T-Mobile Pocket PC Phone to this isn't for the Pocket PC Phone at all but for Pocket PCs and laptops to connect to T-Mobile's network through either a cell phone or using their PCMCIA card. :? I downloaded it but there is no readme file.
