CNET Reviews the ViewSonic V35 Pocket PC
Posted by Jason Dunn in "ARTICLE" @ 02:16 PM
"When most people think of ViewSonic, they picture monitors. However, the company has begun to branch out, first into tablet PCs and now into handhelds. For its entrance into the PDA theater, ViewSonic introduces its V35, a lightweight Pocket PC with a bright, 65,000-color screen; a swift 300MHz Intel XScale processor; and a low $299 price tag. You can find more powerful or less expensive Pocket PCs, but the ViewSonic holds its own with a balance of size, power, and affordability. Though the unit has some minor flaws, they are somewhat to be expected in the first version of a device. Overall, we think that the V35 is a bargain."
