Marc Pellus is looking for fellow Pocket PC developers interested in a Wisbar open source project:
"Well I'm thinking about making this project open source to any developers interested on enhancing this version of wisbar, as you all know we haven't had much time to enhance wisbar, anyone interested?
Here are the benefits:
- Faster development
- Multi language
- More features
I haven't thought of the process yet on how to implement this but I think I'll keep the model of where the source is free but any enhancements made to it will be required to submit the changes back. How about sourceforge? and what about spanning another model for a light version on what some suggested in an earlier thread without skins, a bit like vbar but better, that would help out pocket pc phones users Any suggestions on the open source model? what do you all think? and who if any developers might be interested? Spread the word so we can reach some ppc developers."
